The vision for BUBBLES® was born in the United Kingdom in the 1960's by Ann Ratner, a hairstylist and UK native who sought to create a salon atmosphere filled with creativity and energy.
The vision became a reality when she launched the first BUBBLES® in downtown Washington, DC in 1978. Ann continued to build upon Ratner Companies' portfolio of the brands by founding Salon Cielo and Spa in 2001.
Today, as President of Upscale Market Brands for Ratner Companies, she oversees the BUBBLES®, Salon Cielo and Spa, and Cibu International brands and is the driving force behind artistic development, education and marketing for the entire company. |
